Orders will be shipped only to the billing address mentioned in the Proforma Invoice/Estimate.
Customers must verify their shipping address and contact details in the invoice to avoid any delivery issues.

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 -2 days.
Customized orders may have different processing times, which will be communicated accordingly.
No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays, as our logistics partners do not operate on these days.

Choice of Shipping Carrier

We prefer to ship through trusted international courier services such as Delhivery FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, and Aramex for their reliability and efficiency.
Customers can visit the respective courier websites for the latest shipping charges and details.
Delivery and Responsibilities
The shipment will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, subject to successful customs clearance.
The total actual shipping cost will be added to the customer's final invoice.
If no one is available to receive the package, courier agents (Delhivery DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.) may leave the package at the doorstep.
These deliveries do not require a signature confirmation. To avoid disputes, ensure someone is available to receive the package at the expected delivery time.
Package Inspection at Delivery
Customers must check the package carefully upon delivery.
If there is a difference in actual weight vs. airway bill weight or if any package is torn or tampered with, obtain a written note from the courier representative for further action.
Liability for Lost or Damaged Shipments
Delhi Garments wholesale is not responsible for any loss or damage to shipments caused by the shipping company during transit.
We cannot be held liable for delays, transit damage, or delivery failures caused by third-party courier services.
Once the package is received and acknowledged by the customer, it is considered "delivered in good condition", and no claims will be entertained there
